1. Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 30 days from the date of receipt. In order to be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in original, unopened condition.
  • The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging and tags.

If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps outlined below:

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for shipping the return item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely. Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as outlined below.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that:

  • Processing Time: After we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to process your return and issue your refund.
  • Refund Amount: You will be refunded the purchase price of the item(s) minus any original shipping fees or restocking fees (if applicable).
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, we will provide a full refund or exchange, including shipping costs. You must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the damaged or defective product to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Note: If the item was purchased during a promotion or with a discount code, the refund will be issued based on the final price paid.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the product. To initiate an exchange:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products (e.g., opened beauty or personal care items).
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Sale items or clearance items (unless defective).

5. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be processed immediately but may take a few business days to appear in your PayPal account.
